Capital Logic,Market Economy and Chinese Path to Modernization——Theoretical Characteristics of Chinese Path to Modernization Viewed from the Experience and Dilemma of Western Modernization

党的二十大高度概括了新时代中国式现代化的科学内涵,这是步入新征程中国共产党重大的理论创新。以中国国情为本,以现代化理论为用,中国式现代化将高效统领中国经济高质量发展实践的全部进程。作为中国特色的理论创新,中国式现代化理论是在与西方现代化理论对话基础上的一次重大创新,是对人类社会现代化经验的丰富和拓展。基于此,在对西方现代化历程溯源分析的基础上,尝试归纳出西方国家现代化的经验和发展困境,进而立足中国式现代化的基本内核,全面阐释它与西方现代化理论的差异性及其创新性。研究发现,如何跳出私人资本的逻辑,如何防止进入市场机制的陷阱,如何构建自主可控的国家发展权,以及如何重构平等的全球秩序,是中国式现代化理论新在哪里、特在哪里、优在哪里的重要体现,也是中国式现代化的理论特色与世界意义所在。

The 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China highly summarized the scientific connotation of Chinese path to modernization in the new era,which is a major theoretical innovation of the Communist Party of China as it embarks on a new journey.Based on China's national conditions and using modernization theory,Chinese path to modernization will efficiently lead the whole process of China's high-quality economic development practice.As a theoretical innovation with Chinese characteristics,Chinese path to modernization theory is an innovation based on dialogue with Western modernization theory,and is a supplement,enrichment and expansion of Western modernization principles.Based on this,on the basis of the analysis of the origin of Western modernization,this paper attempts to summarize universal experience and its development dilemma in Western countries,and then comprehensively explains the difference and innovation between it and Western modernization theory based on the basic core of Chinese path to modernization.The study finds that how to jump out of the logic of private capital,how to prevent the trap of entering the market mechanism,build an independent and controllable national development right,and reconstruct an equal global order are important embodiments of the newness,special and excellent aspects of the theory of Chinese path to modernization where the theoretical characteristics and world significance of Chinese path to modernization lie.
