山西省制造业高质量发展研究——先进制造业国家发展经验对山西省的启示

Research on High Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry in Shanxi Province-Implications of Development Experience of Advanced Manufacturing Countries for Shanxi Province

近年来,山西省制造业发展取得了长足的进步,产业结构不断优化、产业规模不断做大、创新能力不断增强、企业竞争力不断提高、政策体制制度不断放开。但是,对标国家的要求来看,山西省制造业存在的问题仍较为突出,主要表现在:创新力弱、产业结构不合理、高技术人才匮乏以及市场竞争力不足等。党的二十大报告指出,要加快建设制造业强国。因此,借鉴德国、日本制造业发展的先进经验,提出加快山西省制造业实现高质量发展的具体措施,以期把山西省打造成中部地区先进制造业基地,推动制造业实现高端化、智能化、绿色化发展。

In recent years,the development of manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province has made great progress,the industrial structure has been optimised,the industrial scale has been enlarged,the innovation ability has been strengthened,the competitiveness of enterprises has been improved,and the policy system has been liberalised.However,in view of the national requirements,the problems of manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province are still relatively prominent,mainly manifested in:weak innovation,unreasonable industrial structure,lack of high-tech talents and insufficient market competitiveness.The party's twentieth report pointed out that to accelerate the construction of manufacturing power.Therefore,drawing on the advanced experience of Germany and Japan in the development of manufacturing industry,we put forward specific measures to accelerate the manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province to achieve high-quality development,with a view to turning Shanxi Province into an advanced manufacturing base in the central region,and promoting the manufacturing industry to achieve the development of high-end,intelligent and green.
