高水平科技创新需要强化金融支持,传统的金融模式无法满足硬科技企业融资需求大且周期长的要求,科技金融为硬科技企业发展营造了良好的融资环境与创新环境。针对科技金融在提升硬科技企业创新能力过程中存在的无法满足长期资金需求、风险投资偏向度较低、技术创新评估难度大以及因创新转化周期较长抑制资金投入等问题,提出了相应的对策建议,以期为科技金融赋能经济高质量发展提供参考建议。

Technology finance has created a favorable environment for the development of hard technology enterprises.In the process of enhancing the innovation capability of hard technology enterprises,there are currently problems in technology finance,such as inability to meet long-term funding needs,low risk investment bias,difficulty in evaluating technological innovation,and inhibition of capital investment due to long innovation transformation cycles.This article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the innovation ability of hard technology enterprises through technology finance,including innovating technology finance products with hard technology characteristics,optimizing the operation mechanism of government guided hard technology innovation special funds,vigorously developing the evaluation of innovation ability of hard technology enterprises,and improving the technology finance service system with hard technology characteristics.
