摘要
为了快速响应客户需求,获取可持续竞争优势,面对数字化转型升级的机遇和挑战,提出了一套“精益化+数字化”融合的LTC流程建设方法,对企业提升客户需求交付能力、创新能力、竞争能力和可持续发展能力起到了积极的促进作用。
In order to quickly respond to customer needs,to obtain sustainable competitive advantage,and to face the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation and upgrading,a set of"lean+digital"fusion of LTC process construction methodology is proposed which plays a positive role in promoting the enterprises to enhance the ability of delivering customer demand,innovation,competitiveness and sustainable development.
