基于三维可视化提高地面设备生产效率的研究

摘要 常规变频控制系统占用平台空间大,通过对电气元件进行重新优化选型,对柜体内部结构进行优化,ESP地面紧凑式矢量变频控制系统集成柜体安装尺寸平均缩小30%以上。尺寸缩减后,由于设备内部空间较为紧凑,存在部分器件不方便安装,安装工时较长的情况。课题组通过调研,采用SolidWorks三维设计软件和Shot8三维可视化工具,设计出合页式控制回路安装板和可拆卸式风机安装板,并对相应的安装工艺进行优化。实际应用表明,DPC600变频器的安装工时节省了36%,安装效率显著提高。 Conventional frequency control system occupies a large platform space,through the re-optimisation of the selection of electrical components and the optimisation of the internal structure of the cabinet,the installation size of the integrated cabinet of the ESP ground compact vector frequency control system is reduced by more than 30%on average.After the size reduction,due to the more compact internal space of the equipment,there are some devices that are not convenient to install,and the installation labour time is long.Through research,the group used SolidWorks 3D design software and Shot83D visualisation tool to design hinge-type control loop mounting plate and removable fan mounting plate,and optimise the corresponding installation process.Practical application shows that the installation man-hours of DPC600 inverter are saved by 36%,and the installation efficiency is significantly improved.
