石油化工企业节能减排现状与对策研究

Status Quo and Countermeasures of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in Petrochemical Enterprises

“双碳”目标的提出,对石油化工企业的节能减排提出了更高的要求。石油化工生产具有能耗高、污染大等特点,不但消耗大量的能源资源,还会在很大程度上污染到生态环境。近年来,石油化工企业深入推进低碳绿色转型,但受思想认识、技术工艺、制度管理等诸多因素的影响,在低碳绿色转型过程中依然存在着较多的问题,阻碍到我国“双碳”目标的顺利实现。针对这种情况,石油化工企业要充分明确自身应承担的节能减排责任,持续加大减排力度,积极引入一系列先进的节能减排技术,加快低碳绿色转型发展步伐。

The proposal of"double-carbon"goal puts forward higher requirements for energy saving and emission reduction in petrochemical enterprises.Petrochemical production is characterised by high energy consumption and pollution,which not only consumes a large amount of energy resources,but also pollutes the ecological environment to a large extent.In recent years,petrochemical enterprises to promote low-carbon green transformation,but by the ideological understanding,technology,institutional management and many other factors,in the process of low-carbon green transformation still exists more problems,hindering China's"dual-carbon"goal of the smooth implementation.In view of this situation,petrochemical enterprises should fully define their own energy saving and emission reduction responsibilities,continue to increase emission reduction efforts,and actively introduce a series of advanced energy saving and emission reduction technologies to accelerate the pace of development of low-carbon green transformation.
