摘要
碳中和在低碳发展中的应用促进了环保技术革新,推进了资源的优化和能源的利用。为进一步改善国内生态环境,加快生态文明建设,结合2030年前我国碳达峰、2060年前碳中和的大环境,从减排和低碳发展的角度设立了碳中和的关键时间节点,争取2060年前实现碳中和的目标。采取有效减排措施降幅高碳排放强度,加大环境整治力度,降低治污成本,加速发展可再生能源产业。
The application of carbon neutrality in low-carbon development has promoted environmental protection technology innovation,and also promoted resource optimization and energy utilization.In order to further improve the domestic ecological environment and accelerate the construction of ecological civilization,China has set up a key time node of carbon neutrality from the perspective of emission reduction and low-carbon development in combination with the overall environment of carbon neutrality before 2030 and 2060,and strive to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality before 2060.Take effective emission reduction measures to reduce the intensity of high carbon emissions,increase environmental remediation efforts,reduce pollution control costs,and accelerate the development of the renewable energy industry.
