摘要
在现代工业社会,电动机的应用无处不在,几乎涵盖了各个应用领域,其工作环境往往比较恶劣,这使得电动机故障时有发生,间接会带来巨大的经济损失。因此,为了避免这种问题的产生,对电动机智能保护装置进行研究意义重大。选取异步电机为研究对象,结合异步电机运行原理、故障特征,基于STC12C5410系列单片机对电动机智能保护装置进行研究。
In the modern industrial society,the use of electric motors is ubiquitous,covering almost all areas of application,and its working environment is often relatively harsh,which makes motor failures occur from time to time,and indirectly will bring huge economic losses.Therefore,in order to avoid this kind of problem,it is of great significance to research on the intelligent protection device of electric motor.Asynchronous motor is selected as the research object,combined with asynchronous motor operation principle,fault characteristics,based on the STC12C5410 series microcontroller on the motor intelligent protection device research.
