Economic Analysis Study of Turbine Through-Flow Optimisation and Modification

本次以某热电厂2号汽轮机组为例,对其所存在的问题进行剖析,根据问题提出叶片、静叶栅、汽封的优化改造方式,之后通过试验验证汽轮机高压、中压、低压缸通流效率,并对汽轮机通流优化后的经济性进行分析研究。

Taking the No.2 turbine unit of a thermal power plant as an example,we analyse the existing problems of the turbine unit,propose the optimization modification methods of blades,static vane grilles and steam seals according to the problems,and then verify the efficiency of the turbine high-pressure,medium-pressure and low-pressure cylinders through experiments,and analyse the economy of the turbine after optimization of turbine flux.
