摘要
对在某大型油浸式变压器的片式散热器中相邻散热片之间的矩形空气通道布置对称斜肋开展数值研究,将对称斜肋的长度Lf和高度Hf作为控制斜肋形状的结构参数。数值计算结果表明,Lf和Hf对于增大矩形通道努塞尔数(Nu)表现出协同作用,Hf对矩形通道摩阻系数f的影响更强。通过克里金法建立矩形通道的目标性能与设计参数之间的代理模型,最后通过多目标优化算法得到了最佳参数组合,该参数组合下与光滑矩形通道相比,矩形通道Nu数提升至2.26倍,f提升至3.39倍,综合换热性能指标为1.52。
A numerical study is carried out on the rectangular air passage between adjacent fins in the chip radiator of a large oil-immersed transformer,and the length Lf and height Hf of the symmetric diagonal ribs are taken as structural parameters to control the shape of the diagonal ribs.The numerical results show that Lf and Hf have a synergistic effect on increasing Nusselt number(Nu)of rectangular channel,while Hf has a stronger influence on friction coefficient f of rectangular channel.The proxy model between the objective performance and design parameters of rectangular channel is established by Kriging model.Finally,the optimal parameter combination is obtained by multi-objective optimization algorithm.Under this parameter combination,the Nu of rectangular channel is increased to 2.26 times,the f is increased to 3.39 times,and the comprehensive heat transfer performance index is 1.52.
