乡村振兴战略背景下开封新型农村集体经济发展逻辑与路径探索

Research on the Logical and Practical Path of New Rural Collective Economy in Kaifeng under the Strategic Background of Rural Revitalization

党的十九大提出了乡村振兴战略。在此背景下,学界再次提出了“新型农村集体经济”的概念。近年来,河南省开封市的农村经济获得了很大发展。如今,开封正在着力打造新型农村集体经济引导下的乡村振兴新模式。要想使开封新型农村集体经济行稳致远,则需要捋清其发展逻辑与实践路径。为此,应深入走访和调查研究,了解开封新型农村集体经济发展现状,了解其发展过程中存在的问题以及制约其发展的障碍,然后根据开封市的特点,借鉴国内其他城市发展新型农村集体经济的先进经验,提出具有针对性的解决方案,助力开封市新型农村集体经济高质量发展与乡村振兴。

The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the re-proposal of the concept of“new rural collective economy”in academic circles have made Kaifeng pay more attention to the development of rural economy and focus on creating a new model of Kaifeng rural revitalization under the guidance of new rural collective economy.If the new rural collective economic organization wants to carry out stable and long-term,it needs to clear its development logic and practical approach.Through the investigation of the current situation of the new rural collective economy in Kaifeng,the problems existing in the development process are excavated,the obstacles restricting the development are analyzed,and the domestic advanced the new rural collective economic development cases are compared.According to the characteristics of Kaifeng City,targeted solutions and countermeasures are put forward to help the high-quality development of the new rural collective economy and rural revitalization in Kaifeng.
