组态视角下网络学术社区回复量影响因素研究

Research on Factors Affecting Response Quantity of Online Academic Community in Configuration Perspective

[目的/意义]激发良好的学术社区用户交互,提升用户信息共享和互动的效能,为提高网络学术社区服务水平、促进网络学术社区的可持续发展提供参考。[方法/过程]以小木虫为研究对象,采用启发式-系统式模型,基于模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA)对影响学术社区发帖回复量的因素组态进行探究。[结果/结论]触发用户回帖分为三类:综合权衡型、理性决策型、简单判断型,且发帖者粉丝量是影响发帖回复量的核心因素。分析了不同启发式线索与系统型线索之间的组态关系对网络学术社区回复量的影响,对于提高网络学术社区活跃度和用户参与度有实际意义。

[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to stimulate good user interaction in academic community improve the efficiency of user information sharing and interaction and provide reference for improving the service level of online academic community and promoting the sustainable development of online academic community.[Method/process]This paper takes the Muchong Forum as the research object uses the heuristic-system model and explores the factor configuration that affects the response quantity of the academic community post based on the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA).[Result/conclusion]Three types of user replies were triggered:comprehensive weighing type rational decision type simple judgment type and the number of followers of the poster is the core factor affecting the number of replies to the post.This paper analyzes the influence of the configuration relationship between different heuristic cues and systematic cues on the response quantity of online academic community which has certain practical significance for improving the activity and user participation of online academic community.
