思维导图联合视频回授宣教在盆腔脏器脱垂术后患者中的应用

摘要 目的探讨思维导图联合视频回授宣教在盆腔脏器脱垂术后患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月至2022年9月九江市妇幼保健院收治的50例盆腔脏器脱垂患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(接受思维导图护理)和观察组(在对照组的基础上采取视频回授宣教),每组各25例。两组均持续护理随访6个月。比较两组患者疾病知识掌握情况、盆底肌肉锻炼依从性、盆底肌肉张力、围手术期指标和生活质量情况。结果观察组护理后的疾病知识掌握情况中致病原因、临床症状、鉴别诊断和保健知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组盆底肌肉锻炼总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的盆底肌肉张力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后排气时间、盆底功能改善时间以及盆底脏器脱垂改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的盆底功能障碍问卷(PFDI-20)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图联合视频回授宣教可增进盆腔脏器脱垂术后患者对疾病知识的认知和掌握,有助于提升患者盆底功能锻炼依从性,促进盆底肌肉张力恢复,从而加快患者术后康复进程,使生活质量进一步提升。 Objective To explore the application value of mind mapping combined with video feedback education in pa-tients with pelvic organ prolapse after surgery.Methods Fifty patients with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to Jiujiang Ma-ternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(receiving mind mapping care)and observation group(taking video feedback education on the ba-sis of the control group)according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups were followed up for 6 months.Disease knowledge,pelvic floor muscle exercise compliance,pelvic floor muscle tension,perioperative in-dexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The pathogenic causes,clinical symptoms,differ-ential diagnosis and health care knowledge scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of pelvic floor muscle exercise in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle tension in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative exhaust time,pelvic floor function improvement time and pelvic floor organ prolapse improvement time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20(PFDI-20)score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mind mapping and video feedback education can enhance patients'understanding and mastery of disease knowledge after pelvic organ prolapse surgery,help improve patients'compliance with pelvic floor functional exercise,promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle tension,and accelerate the postoperative recovery process of patients,further improving their quality of life.
