铁路既有线一体化重构平纵协同处理技术研究

摘要 研究目的:通过分析大量现有铁路既有线重构的文献、专利,目前既有铁路线位重构中均以实测点的丈量里程参与重构计算,存在平面与纵断面设计里程不匹配、缺乏基于平纵协调的一体化重构协同处理方法等问题。为解决以上问题,本文提出一种合理可行的平纵断面协同处理技术方法。研究结论:(1)输入数据文件测点说明采用基于平纵一体的融合型测点特征编码方法;(2)平面直线、曲线重构基于限界约束,采用局部纵断面同坡性检查方法,满足平面重构与纵断面协调;(3)撇弃丈量里程,改化外业水平单,实现平面、纵断面设计里程匹配对应一致的目标;(4)纵断面重构采用平面重构曲线五大桩位置实时实施平纵协调检查,实现一次性完成限界及各种设计阈值符合要求的既有线重构线位;(5)本文技术方法形成铁路既有线重构平纵协同处理系统,工程验证表明技术方法完善、数学模型正确,可在工程实践中应用。 Research purposes:Based on the analysis of a large number of existing railway reconstruction papers and patents,it is found that the measurement mileage of the measured points is used to participate in the reconstruction calculation of existing railway position reconstruction.There are some problems,such as the mismatch between plane and longitudinal design mileage and the lack of integrated reconstruction collaborative processing method based on plane-longitudinal coordination.In order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward a reasonable and feasible coordination technique for plane-longitudinal section.Research conclusions:(1)The input data file measurement point description adopts a fusion measurement point feature coding method based on plane-longitudinal integration.(2)The reconstruction of plane straight lines and curves is based on boundary constraints and adopts a local longitudinal section homogeneity inspection method to meet the coordination between plane reconstruction and longitudinal section.(3)Abandoning the measurement mileage and changing the field level unit to achieve the goal of matching the design mileage of plane and longitudinal section.(4)The reconstruction of longitudinal section adopts real-time coordination inspection of five major pile positions of plane reconstruction curve to achieve one-time completion of boundary and various design threshold requirements for existing line reconstruction.(5)The technical method in this paper forms a railway existing line reconstruction coordination processing system,and engineering verification shows that the technical method is perfect,the mathematical model is correct,and can be applied in engineering practice.
