摘要
目的:探讨传统武术功法是否可以促进老年人平衡能力的提升。方法:随机招募36位60岁以上、没有心脏病等基础病的老年人作为受试人员,经过培训后进行12周浑圆桩训练进行对比分析。结果:经过12周的干预训练,实验组的闭眼左右脚站立、起立-走、闭眼提踵站立与实验前相比有所改善,差异具有统计学意义;对照组的以上各项与实验前相比有所改善,差异不具有统计学意义。结论:传统武术功法可以促进老年人平衡的改善。
Purpose:to explore whether traditional wushu(martial arts)techniques can promote the improvement of balance ability of the elderly.Method:this paper randomly recruits 36 elderly people as test subjects,each of whom is over 60 years old and does not have basic diseases such as heart disease.After training,they will undergo 12 weeks of round pile training then comparison will be done.Result:after 12 weeks of intervention training,the experimental group showed improvement in standing with closed eyes,left and right feet,standing up walking,and standing with closed eyes and raised heels than before,which has statistical significance.The control group also showed improvement than before,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:traditional wushu techniques can promote the improvement of balance of the elderly.
