血必净注射液对老年脓毒症患者血清降钙素原、全血白细胞计数及脏器功能评分的影响

Effect of Xuebijing Injection on serum procalcitonin,whole blood white b lood cell count and organ function score in elderly patients with sepsis

目的:探讨针对老年脓毒症应用血必净注射液对血清降钙素原(PCT)、全血白细胞计数(WBC)及脏器功能评分的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月黔南州人民医院收治的72例老年脓毒症患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组各36例。对照组患者采取常规治疗方式,观察组患者在对照组的基础上,应用血必净注射液辅助治疗,两组均治疗14 d。对比两组患者在治疗前与治疗14 d的血清PCT、WBC水平变化;对比两组患者治疗前、治疗7 d与治疗14 d的脏器功能评分(SOFA)变化;对比两组患者治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗14 d后,两组的PCT、WBC水平均较治疗前降低,而观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后、治疗14 d后,两组的SOFA评分均较治疗前降低,而观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应总发生率的组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于老年脓毒症患者,临床中应用血必净注射液辅助治疗,可以取得良好的治疗效果,能够降低血清PCT与WBC水平,同时也可降低脏器功能评分,且安全性较高,不会增加患者的不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Xuebijing injection on serum procalcitonin(PCT),whole blood white blood cell count(WBC)and organ function score in senile sepsis.Methods:72 elderly patients with sepsis admitted to Qiannan People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group according to random number table method.Control group was treated with conventional treatment,observation group was treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of control group,and both groups were treated for 14 days.The serum PCT and WBC levels were compared between the two groups before treatment and 14 days after treatment.The changes of organ function score(SOFA)before treatment,7 d and 14 d were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the levels of PCT and WBC in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment and 14 days of treatment,SOFA scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,while those in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with sepsis,the clinical application of Xuebijing injection can achieve good therapeutic effect,which can reduce the level of serum PCT and WBC,and also reduce the organ function score,with high safety,and will not increase the adverse reactions of patients.
