摘要
目的:探讨平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、血红蛋白A2(HbA2)联合检测在缺铁性贫血、轻型β地中海贫血孕妇鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:将贵州省黔南州人民医院妇产科2020年2月至2022年12月期间收治的缺铁性贫血孕妇52例设为参照组,将同期收治的轻型β地中海贫血孕妇55例设为研究组。对两组均进行MCH、MCV、HbA2检测,比较其检测结果。结果:研究组的MCH、MCV水平均低于参照组,HbA2水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在鉴别诊断轻型β地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血孕妇中,联合检测MCH、MCV、HbA2具有较高的应用价值,能帮助临床医生判断孕妇的贫血类型,继而制定针对性的治疗方案,降低贫血对孕妇和胎儿的影响,保障母婴安全,改善妊娠结局。
Objective:To investigate the value of combined detection of mean erythrocyte hemoglobin content(MCH),mean erythrocyte volume(MCV)and hemoglobin A2(HbA2)in the differential diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia and mild beta thalassemia in pregnant women.Methods:Fifty-two pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Qiannan People’s Hospital in Guizhou Province from February 2020 to December 2022 were set as the reference group,and 55 pregnant women with mild beta thalassemia admitted during the same period were set as the study group.MCH,MCV and HbA2 were detected in both groups,and the results were compared.Results:The levels of MCH and MCV in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the levels of HbA2 were higher than those in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the differential diagnosis of mildβ-thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women,the combined detection of MCH,MCV and HbA2 has high application value,which can help clinicians to judge the type of anemia in pregnant women,and then formulate targeted treatment plans,reduce the impact of anemia on pregnant women and fetuses,ensure the safety of mother and child,and improve the pregnancy outcome.
