基于护理质量评价体系的护理模式在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing model based on nursing quality evaluation system in patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨基于护理质量评价体系的护理模式在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2022年3月湖南省人民医院收治的200例重症急性胰腺炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各100例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予基于护理质量评价体系的护理模式,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者依从率、满意率均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者肠内营养达标时间、持续时间、住院时间均短于对照组患者,入院1周CT严重程度指数评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者腹胀、腹痛、恶心呕吐、腹泻等症状评分以及并发症总发生率均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于护理质量评价体系的护理模式可有效提升SAP患者的依从性,提升护理效果,防止并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of a nursing model based on the nursing quality evaluation system in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Two hundred cases of SAP patients admitted to Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 100 cases in each group,using a random number table.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while patients in the observation group received a nursing model based on the nursing quality evaluation system.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate and satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to achieve intestinal nutrition,duration,and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The severity index score of CT on the first week of admission was lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing model based on the nursing quality evaluation system can effectively improve the compliance of SAP patients,enhance nursing effects,and prevent the occurrence of complications.
