Carrying on Chinese culture is the cultural mission of cultural heritage in the new era.Cultural heritage is the historical root of the continuation of civilization,the important support for education,the theoretical source of ideologi‐cal innovation,the rich soil of artistic and literary innovation,the reliable guarantee of culture-tourism integration,and the strong impetus for cultural creative.Utilizing culture heritage to promote cultural creativeis also related to the cultural secu‐rity of a state.By keeping pace with the times,and inheriting and innovating cultural heritage through diverse utilization,the Chinese cultural can be nurtured and continued.Comrade Xi Jinping positioned the combination of the basic principles of Marxism with excellent traditional Chinese culture as“another ideological emancipation”.This judgment reveals the pro‐found significance of cultural heritage for cultural innovation and the development of Chinese civilization.
