热疗在肝癌治疗中的研究进展

Research progress of hyperthermia in the treatment of liver cancer

热疗技术逐渐成为继手术、介入、化疗、放疗和生物疗法等之后治疗肿瘤的手段之一。热疗联合局部或全身治疗对中晚期肝癌可获得理想的治疗效果。但国内各地区医疗条件分布不均衡,受各医疗单位对热疗技术认识程度、热疗效果认可度等因素影响,热疗在肝癌临床治疗中的应用仍相当有限。本研究就热疗的作用原理及其在肝癌中的应用现状予以综述。

Hyperthermia technology is gradually becoming one of the means of treating tumors af-ter surgery,intervention,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,and biologic therapy.Combined with local or systemic treatment,hyperthermia can achieve desirable therapeutic effects in the treatment of ad-vanced liver cancer.However,the distribution of medical conditions varies across different regions in China,which affects the level of understanding and recognition of hyperthermia technology and its effects among medical institutions.Therefore,the application of hyperthermia in clinical treatment of liver cancer remains quite limited.This study provided an overview of the principles and current ap-plication status of hyperthermia in liver cancer.
