老年人口腔衰弱与认知障碍关系的研究进展

Research Progress on the Relationship between Oral Frailty and Cognition Disorders in the Elderly

口腔衰弱是口腔功能轻度衰退状态,其会导致一系列与衰老相关的口腔问题,且随着年龄增长,口腔衰弱发生率会逐渐升高。近年来,口腔衰弱与认知障碍的关系受到研究者的关注,其可能是个体认知障碍的预测因子。本文主要综述了牙齿数量减少、牙周疾病、咀嚼功能障碍、低舌压、吞咽障碍等老年人口腔衰弱问题与认知障碍的关系,旨在为老年人口腔衰弱和认知障碍的防治提供参考。

Oral frailty is a state of mild deterioration of oral function,which will lead to a series of oral problems related to aging,and the incidence of oral frailty will gradually increase with age.In recent years,the relationship between oral frailty and cognitive impairment has attracted the attention of researchers,which may be a predictor of individual cognitive impairment.This paper mainly reviews the relationship between oral frailty issues such as the reduction of teeth,periodontal disease,masticatory dysfunction,low tongue pressure and dysphagia and cognitive impairment in the elderly,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of oral frailty and cognitive impairment in the elderly.
