Er: YAG激光治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的效果研究

Effect of Er:YAG laser in the treatment of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的观察综合护理干预对Er:YAG激光治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的临床疗效。方法选取轻度OSAHS患者40例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组20例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组行综合护理干预。结果治疗后,研究组的打鼾严重程度、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)得分、Epworth嗜睡指数量表(ESS)得分、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)以及平均呼吸暂停时间低于或短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3次治疗中,研究组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,而临床护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理干预可以提高Er:YAG激光治疗OSAHS的临床疗效,减轻患者疼痛感,提高患者满意度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)patients treated by Er:YAG laser.Methods A total of 40 patients with mild OSAHS were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was conducted with conventional nursing,while the study group was conducted with comprehensive nursing intervention.Results The severity of snoring,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,the Epworth Somnolence Scale(ESS)score,the apnea hypopnea index(AHI)and mean apnea time in the study group were significantly lower or shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score in the study group during the three courses of treatment was significantly lower than those in the control group,while the clinical satisfaction degree in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical efficacy of Er:YAG laser treatment for OSAHS,relieve pain,and increase satisfaction degree of patients.
