摘要
核电站蒸汽发生器传热管破损将导致放射性冷却剂外泄,因此需进行堵管作业。激光焊接精度高,可用于蒸汽发生器的焊接堵管。然而,受限于蒸汽发生器的空间结构,现有的激光焊接头往往难以满足实际要求,因此需设计定制化的小型激光头。首先,分析和计算了小型化激光头的光路;其次,设计出小型激光头的机械结构,并完成其在蒸汽发生器内的运动仿真和干涉模拟;最后,对所设计的激光头装置进行了模拟传热管焊接验证。结果表明,所设计的小型化激光头具有良好的焊接性能和可操控性能,可用于蒸汽发生器的焊接堵管作业。
The rupture of the steam generator heat transfer tube of nuclear power plant will lead to the leakage of radioactive coolant.Laser welding has high precision which can be applied in the welding plugging of the steam generator.However,due to the limited space structure of the steam generator,the existing small-sized laser head is difficult to meet the actual requirements.To overcome the above limitations in repairing the damage to the steam generator heat transfer tube,it is necessary to design a customized small-sized laser head.Firstly,the optical path of the miniaturized small-sized laser head is analyzed and calculated.Secondly,the mechanical structure of the miniaturized laser head is designed,and the motion simulations are carried out.Finally,the welding verification of the processed laser head is conducted.The results show that the miniaturized laser head has good welding performance and controllability and can be used for welding plugging of the steam generator.
