摘要
本文基于核动力厂物项(包括构筑物、系统和部件)安全分级的目的和意义,结合HAF 102-2016《核动力厂设计安全规定》和IAEA导则文件SSG-30关于安全分级的要求,讨论了物项功能失效后果的分级原则,以及用于事故预防和缓解功能的物项在安全分级中的建议。此外,本文还分析了物项安全分级在核动力厂安全评价中的作用,探讨了不同级别物项的设计和建造要求的落实。
Based on the purpose and significance of safety classification of items(including structures,systems and components)in nuclear power plant,combined with the safety classification requirements of HAF 102—2016“Nuclear Power Plant Design Safety Regulations”and IAEA Guideline Document SSG-30,this paper discusses the classification principle of the consequences of item function failures,and the recommendations in safety classification of items for accident prevention and mitigation functions.In addition,this paper also analyzes the role of item safety classification in nuclear power plant safety assessment,and discusses the implementation of design and construction requirements for items of different grades.
