摘要
通过宝钢烧结脱硫灰在蒸压加气混凝土试点应用研究发现,掺入适量烧结脱硫灰,可提高蒸压加气混凝土发气程度,对加气混凝土抗压强度有一定的改善作用,力学性能和硬化时间均满足试点产线要求。掺不同量宝钢烧结脱硫灰的蒸压加气混凝土的主要矿物均为托贝莫来石、SiO_(2)、C-S-H和CaCO_(3),相比于空白组(不掺烧结脱硫灰),掺适量烧结脱硫灰的蒸压加气混凝土具有较高含量的托贝莫来石,且结晶度有所提升,具有较高的强度。掺入15%宝钢烧结脱硫灰的蒸压加气混凝土可节约生产成本≥10%,具有较好的经济效益;每立方米制品消耗脱硫灰≥80 kg,可实现部分宝钢烧结脱硫灰稳定的资源化利用,也可节约天然砂石资源,具有生态环境效益。
Through the pilot application research of Baosteel sintered desulphurized ash in autoclaved aerated concrete,it is found that the addition of the appropriate amount of sintered desulphurized ash can improve the gas generation degree and the compressive strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete.The mechanical properties and hardening time can meet the requirements of the pilot production line.The main minerals of autoclaved aerated concrete with different dosages of Baosteel sintered desulphurized ash are tobermorite,silica,C-S-H and CaCO_(3).Compared with the blank group(without sintered desulphurized ash),the autoclaved aerated concrete mixed with an appropriate amount of sintered desulphurization ash has a higher content of tobermorite,the crystallinity is improved,and the strength is higher.The autoclaved aerated concrete mixed with 15%Baosteel sintered desulphurized ash can save more than 10%of production cost and has good economic benefits.The consumption of desulphurized ash per cubic metre product is more than 80 kg,which can realize the stable resource utilization of Baosteel sintered desulphurized ash,save natural sand and stone resources,and have ecological and environmental benefits.
