高强镀锌板冲压脱锌原因分析

摘要 采用场发射扫描电镜、XRD衍射仪等设备,对3类高强镀锌板冲压脱锌零件进行分析,发现引起脱锌的原因主要有基板氧化、还原铁层过厚、抑制层不完整。结合现场生产工艺,对每一类原因进行分析,其中,基板氧化与带钢在炉内时间过长有关、还原铁层过厚与预氧化过度有关、抑制层不完整与带钢入锌锅温度低有关,相应提出了合理的解决方案,为生产改进和质量控制提供了方向。 By using a field emission scanning electron microscope,XRD diffractometer and other equipment,three types of high-strength galvanized sheet stamping dezincification parts were analyzed.It was found that the main reasons for this dezincification were substrate oxidation,too thick reduction iron layer,and an incomplete inhibition layer.In combination with the on-site production process,each type of reason was analyzed.Among them,substrate oxidation was related to the too long time of strip steel in the furnace,and too thick reduction iron layer was related to excessive preoxidation,incomplete inhibition layer was related to the low temperature of strip steel entering the zinc pot.Reasonable solutions are proposed,providing a direction for production improvement and quality control.
