圆竹连接方式的应用及发展

摘要 竹材生长周期短,比强度高,是一种具有优良力学性能的可再生材料,在建筑和家居制品领域有悠久的应用历史。由于圆竹中空管状的特殊结构,其节点连接样式众多,但缺乏标准的连接和加工工艺,工业化应用率低。为提高圆竹的工业化利用水平,有必要提升在圆竹构件连接方式上的标准化设计。通过从传统连接、连接件连接以及新型连接3个方面总结目前圆竹已有的连接方式及主要用途,分析其结构的建造工艺,综述圆竹连接的各类应用与可能发展方向,以期为实现圆竹的快速连接和工业化应用提供有益参考。 Bamboo is a renewable material with excellent mechanical properties due to its short growth cycle and high specific strength,which has a long history of application in the field of building and household products.Due to its special hollow tubular structure,the node connection styles of round bamboo are numerous.But as a result of the lack of standard connection and processing technology,its industrial application rate is low.In order to improve the industrial utilization level of round bamboo,it is necessary to improve the standardized design on the connection mode of round bamboo components.Based on the analyzing of the existing connection methods and main uses of round bamboo from three aspects of traditional connection,connector connection and new connection,the construction technology of its structure was researched,various applications and possible development directions of round bamboo connection were summarized in hope of providing reasonable reference for realizing rapid connection and industrial application of round bamboo.
