竹编纹样数字化及参数化设计研究

摘要 竹编作为中国传统手工艺,历史十分悠久,然而在现代工业化社会中竹编行业却逐渐处于边缘化状态,将数字化技术与传统竹编工艺相结合,可为竹编实际应用提供新的思路。通过文献调查法对全国竹编进行调研,着重对浙江、福建和云南地区的竹编编织技法和纹样进行归纳总结,并提出建立竹编纹样数据库方法。结合家居中竹编应用特点使用Rhino结合Grasshopper插件探索出竹编纹样中最常见的十字编的纹样参数化建模的方法并设计出异形曲面的竹编灯具,竹编纹样参数化设计极大提高了竹编产品设计造型的可行性。竹编纹样的数字化及参数化设计不仅可以保护极具地域色彩的竹编纹样,也促进传统竹编纹样在数字化技术背景下创新性应用,从而为传统竹编产业的创新升级提供新方法与新途径。 As a traditional Chinese handicraft,bamboo weaving had a long history.However,the bamboo weaving industry was gradually marginalized in the modern industrialized society.The combination of digital technology and traditional bamboo weaving technology could provide new ideas for the practical application of bamboo weaving.Focusing on the bamboo weaving techniques and patterns in Zhejiang,Fujian and Yunnan,the method of establishing bamboo weaving pattern database was proposed through bamboo weaving literature survey in China.Then the parametric modeling method of cross pattern as most common bamboo weaving patterns was explored by rhino and its grasshopper plug-in.Combined with the application characteristics of bamboo weaving in furnishings,this paper put forward the design scheme of a bamboo weaving lamp with special-shaped curved surface.Parametric design of bamboo weaving patterns greatly improved the feasibility of bamboo product design and modeling.The digital and parametric design of bamboo weaving patterns can not only protect the highly regional bamboo weaving patterns,but also promote the innovative application of traditional bamboo weaving patterns in the context of digital technology,thus providing new methods and new ways for the innovation and upgrading of traditional bamboo weaving industry.
