板式定制家具工程信息化系统构建

随着地产行业精装修房的发展,板式定制家具在工程业务上比重也逐步增大。但与传统零售业务相比,工程业务存在人工化程度高、业务责任不明、优化排产混乱、生产跟踪困难、齐套包装难度大等现象。为解决板式定制家具工程业务流程滞后、生产管理难度大的问题,提出以ERP、MES、PCS三层架构为基础的板式定制家具工程信息化系统建设方案。通过三层架构的传递方式,分别以ERP系统和MES系统为主框架构建了项目管理模块、订单管理模块、计划管理模块和生产管理模块4个信息化功能模块,以此完善了工程业务从前端到后端的标准化作业,对提高板式定制家具的市场竞争力具有重要意义。

With the development of fully furnished houses in the real estate industry,the proportion of customized panel furniture in the bulk orders is also gradually increasing.However,compared with the traditional retail business,the bulk order has the phenomenon of high degree of artificialization,unclear business responsibility,chaotic optimization of production scheduling,difficulty in production tracking,difficulty in complete packaging and so on.In order to solve the problems of delayed business process and difficult production management of customized panel furniture engineering,a construction plan for the information system of customized panel furniture engineering was proposed based on the three-layer architecture of ERP,MES,and PCS.Through the transmission of three-layer architecture,the project management module,order management module,plan management module and production management module were constructed respectively with ERP system and MES system as the main framework,so as to improve the standardization of engineering business from the front-end to the back-end,which is of great significance to improve the market competitiveness of customized panel furniture.
