蒋庆哲,工学博士,教授,博士生导师.现任对外经济贸易大学教授、国家社会科学基金重大项目首席专家,对外经济贸易大学中国国际碳中和经济研究院院长,兼任中国石油企业协会常务副会长、中国乡村发展协会副会长.先后在中国石油大学(北京)、对外经济贸易大学从事教学科研工作,并多年担任学校主要领导工作.
