A new method for the design of fully-fashioned knitted tube-shaped fabrics is proposed,aimed at solving the problems of complex processes and tedious design in the two-bed computerized flat knitting machine collar sewing process.The process of tube-shaped knitting,semi-tube knitting,and unconnected tube-shaped knitted fabrics are mainly analyzed.In terms of product development,fully-fashioned knitted tube-shaped weaving technology can provide support for the production of high-quality,high-efficiency,and diversified textiles.Moreover,as a new technology that can be widely used in the textile industry in the future,fully-fashioned knitted tube-shaped weaving can be used to develop various types of clothing,home textiles,and other products to contribute to the sustainable development of the textile industry.This method has the advantages of high production efficiency and cost reduction.
