溴代正辛烷醚化淀粉浆料的制备及浆纱性能

Preparation of octyl bromide etherified starch and its sizing properties

摘要 以玉米淀粉为原料,首先对其进行氧化降黏处理,然后在碱性条件下采用溴代正辛烷醚化改性制备了醚化淀粉浆料。通过红外光谱对溴代正辛烷醚化淀粉浆料的结构进行表征,发现溴代正辛烷醚化淀粉结构上出现了甲基特征峰,且亚甲基特征峰强增大。当溴代正辛烷质量分数为10%时,得到的醚化淀粉浆料浆膜吸湿性为(14.3±0.1)%,水溶时间为(1.40±0.11)s,断裂强力高达(1 008±3)cN,断裂伸长率为(3.06±0.13)%;其浆液黏度热稳定性高(90.13%),纯棉粗纱黏附力强,纯棉粗纱断裂强力可达47.5 N。此外,溴代正辛烷醚化淀粉浆料与聚丙烯酸和聚乙烯醇具有优异的相容性,可以满足棉纤维纱线的上浆要求。 Corn starch is used as raw material.First,corn starch is subjected to oxidation and viscosity reduction treatment,and then etherified starch slurry is prepared using brominated n-octane etherification modification under alkaline conditions.The structure of brominated n-octane etherified starch slurry is characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and it is found that methyl characteristic peaks appear on the structure of brominated n-octane etherified starch,and the strength of methylene characteristic peaks increases.When the mass fraction of n-octane bromide is 10%,the moisture absorption of the etherified starch slurry film obtained is(14.3±0.1)%,the water solubility time is(1.40±0.11)s,the breaking strength is as high as(1008±3)cN,and the elongation at break is(3.06±0.13)%;The viscosity and thermal stability of its slurry are high(90.13%),and the adhesion of pure cotton roving is strong.The breaking strength of pure cotton roving can reach 47.5 N.In addition,the brominated n-octane etherified starch size has excellent compatibility with polyacrylic acid and polyvinyl alcohol,which can meet the sizing requirements of cotton fiber yarns.
