Clinical significance and prospect of bariatric metabolic surgery in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases

减重手术作为长期有效治疗肥胖症和2型糖尿病(T2DM)的方法之一,已经取得了内外科共同的认可。随着减重代谢外科的快速发展、临床医生的学术研究和20多年的经验沉积,诸多研究发现减重手术可以通过改善肥胖相关心血管危险因素预防并治疗肥胖最主要的远期合并症——心血管疾病。因此,减重手术有望成为未来治疗肥胖症患者心血管代谢性疾病的新型治疗手段之一。本综述旨在探讨外科减重对心血管疾病防治中的临床意义与前景。

Bariatric surgery,as one of the long-term and effective treatments for obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),has gained common recognition in the Department of Medicine and Surgery.With the rapid development of bariatric metabolic surgery,the academic research of clinicians,and the accumulation of more than 20 years of experience,many studies have found that bariatric surgery can prevent and treat cardiovascular disease,the most major long-term complication of obesity,by improving obesity-related cardiovascular risk factors.Therefore,bariatric surgery is expected to be one of the new therapeutic methods for cardiovascular metabolic diseases in obese patients in the future.This review aims to explore the clinical significance and prospect of bariatric metabolic surgery in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
