摘要
为解决海洋科考期间船体对大气成分走航观测结果影响的问题,本文基于风速风向仪、单片机、数据采集装置、电磁阀控制器、电磁阀和多通道气路转换器等相关元器件,设计了一套可以避免船体污染的船载走航大气成分观测自动进样系统。该进样系统设计有8根独立的进样管路,基于自行编译的脚本,依据实时的相对风向结果给电磁阀控制面板传递相应的电压信号,进而控制相应的电磁阀打开目标进样管路,实现无污染进样。本文通过对实际案例的分析,论证了该进样系统可以有效避免船体对大气成分走航观测的影响,进而提高船载走航大气成分观测数据的连续性和准确性。
In order to avoid the influence of the ship hull on the observation results during the underway observation of atmospheric composition in oceanic research,the article combines the wind direction anemometer,microcontroller,digital acquisition equipment,solenoid valve controller,solenoid valve and multi-channel gas circuit converter and other related components to design a set of nonpollution shipborne atmospheric composition observation sampling equipment.The equipment has eight independent sampling pipelines.Based on the self-compiled script,the corresponding voltage signal is transmitted to the solenoid valve control panel,which then controls the solenoid valve to select the target sampling line to achieve contamination-free injection.The study of the case shows that the equipment can effectively avoid the influence of the ship hull on the underway observation of atmospheric composition,and so improve the continuity and accuracy of the oceanic survey data.
