Construction and operation of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC)envi⁃ronmental monitoring network and suggestions for improvement during the 14th five-year plan period

为完善兵团“十四五”生态环境监测网络,从构建新时代生态环境监测体系的角度梳理了兵团生态环境监测网络现状,深入剖析了当前生态环境监测形势、“十四五”初期优化情况和兵团生态环境监测系统存在的问题,并从生态环境监测网络优化调整、补齐短板、推进科研项目引领示范、完善互联共享体系等方面提出了“十四五”优化建议,使兵团生态环境监测体系与美丽兵团建设相适应。

In order to improve ecological Environmental monitoring network of the XPCC′s 14th five-year plan.The present situation of XPCC′s ecological Environmental monitoring network is reviewed from the perspective of con⁃structing a new era ecological Environmental monitoring system.It is deeply analyzed that the current situation of eco⁃logical Environmental monitoring,the early optimization of the 14th five-year plan,and the problems of the XPCC′s ecological Environmental monitoring system.Suggestions are put forward for the 14th five-year plan to optimize and adjust the Environmental monitoring network,fill in gaps,promote scientific research projects to lead demonstrations,and improve the interconnection and sharing system,and adapt the ecological Environmental monitoring system to the construction of the beautiful XPCC.
