抗金黄色葡萄球菌佐剂潜在靶点及化合物研究进展

摘要 目的对抗金黄色葡萄球菌佐剂潜在靶点及化合物的研究进展进行综述。方法查阅最近几年针对金黄色葡萄球菌的佐剂潜在靶点及化合物相关文献,总结不同佐剂靶点的应用及特点。结果目前有抑制外排泵、抑制酶及蛋白和干扰膜结构等几种主要佐剂靶点类型,其中,抑制外排泵和干扰膜结构研究的比较充分,抑制酶及蛋白的研究较少,部分靶点类型未知。结论抑制酶及蛋白可能具有一定的新型佐剂靶点潜力,可作为佐剂研究的主要方向,部分未知类型的佐剂也需要进一步探究,可能会为佐剂开发提供新的思路。 Objective To review the research progress of potential targets and compounds of adjuvants against Staphylococcus aureus.Methods Relevant studies on potential targets and compounds of adjuvants against Staphylococcus aureus in recent decades were reviewed to summarize the application and corresponding characteristics of different adjuvant targets.Results At present,there were several main adjuvant targets,such as inhibiting efflux pump,inhibiting enzymes and proteins,interfering with biofilm structures,etc.Furthermore,there were relatively abundant studies on inhibiting efflux pumps and interfering with biofilm structures,but few research on inhibiting enzymes and proteins,with unknown information on some target types as well.Conclusion Inhibiting enzymes and proteins may have some potential as new adjuvant targets and may be regarded as the main direction of research on adjuvants;and there is also a need for further exploration of some unknown types of adjuvants,both of which may provide new ideas for the development of adjuvants.
