摘要
采用网络文本分析法和ROST Content Mining语义分析系统对游客体验进行定性与定量分析,以游客需求为导向,提出面向旅游资源、旅游主体与旅游需求板块的智能化服务体系构建设计思想,将数字技术贯穿于旅游服务的全过程。通过把握游客需求,提供精准服务,提升管理效率,构建涵盖公共信息、旅游行政等基础性、社会性内容的智能化旅游服务体系,以期为健全数字旅游发展的统筹协调机制提供政策参考和决策咨询。
Using network text analysis method and ROST Content Mining semantic analysis system,qualitative and quantitative analyses of tourist experience are conducted.Guided by tourist needs,an intelligent service system construction design concept is proposed for tourism resources,tourism entities,and tourism demand sectors,integrating digital technology throughout the entire process of tourism services.By grasping the needs of tourists,providing precise services,improving management efficiency,and constructing an intelligent tourism service system that covers basic and social content such as public information and tourism administration,the study aims to provide policy reference and decision-making consultation for the sound coordination mechanism of digital tourism development.
