从高校科技期刊青年编辑当前存在的主要问题出发,分析了青年编辑应具备的职业素养,探讨了青年编辑人才的培养策略。认为科技期刊青年编辑应该具有敏锐的洞察力、较高的学术能力和过硬的编辑出版能力等职业素养。在编辑出版工作中,要坚定政治立场,加强使命感和责任感;注重理论联系实际,提高业务能力;着力提升学术水平,增强组稿审稿能力;培养互联网思维,增强数字出版能力,为期刊出版事业的持续发展做出更大的贡献。

Starting from the main problems currently existing in young editors of sci-tech journals in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the professional qualities that young editorial talents should possess,and explores the cultivation strategies for young editorial talents.It believes that young editors of sci-tech journals in colleges and universities should possess professional qualities such as keen insight,high academic ability,and excellent editing and publishing abilities.In the work of editing and publishing,it is necessary to firmly hold a political stance and strengthen sense of mission and responsibility;emphasize the integration of theory with practice and improve editing skills;strive to improve academic level and enhance the ability to solicit and review manuscripts;cultivate internet thinking,enhance digital publishing capabilities,and make greater contributions to the sustainable development of journal publishing.
