摘要
为推动湖羊毛的综合利用,有效开发湖羊毛产品,对1岁龄的湖羊颈部、背部、腹部以及臂部等不同部位的毛丛长度和纤维的横截面、粗腔毛率、长度、细度、拉伸性能、白度、含油脂率等进行测试和分析。结果表明,湖羊毛不同部位的纤维粗腔毛率均大于10%,白度值在30左右,含油脂率为5%~7%,各部位的差异不大;湖羊臂部毛丛最长,腹部次之,颈部最短;对于无髓毛纤维而言,背部最长,臂部次之,腹部最短;对于有髓毛而言,臂部最长,颈部次之,腹部最短;湖羊各个部位纤维的细度差异不大,但同一部位的纤维直径CV值较大;湖羊背部羊毛油脂含量高于颈部含油脂率;湖羊颈部有髓毛的断裂强力平均值最大;臂部有髓毛的断裂强力CV值明显大于其他部位。
In order to promote the comprehensive utilization of Hu wool and effectively develop Hu wool products,the wool bundle length and fiber cross section,coarser wool percentage,length,fineness,tensile property,whiteness and fat content of one-year-old Hu sheep were tested and analyzed.The results show that the coarse wool content of wool in different parts of the Hu sheep is greater than 10%,the whiteness value is about 30,and the fat content is 5%-7%,and the difference is not large.The longest hairy bush is collected from the thighs of Hu sheep,followed by the abdomen and the shortest from neck.For unmyelinated hair fibers,the longest fibers are from the back,the shorter fibers are from thighs,and the shortest fibers are from abdomen.For medullary hairs,the longest fibers are from thigh,the shorter fibers are from neck,and the shortest fibers are from abdomen.The fineness of the fibers of each part of the Hu sheep is not much different,but the diameter CV value of the same part is large.The content of wool grease on the back of the Hu sheep is higher than that on the neck.The average breaking strength of the myeloid hairs from the neck of Hu sheep is the highest.The fracture strength CV of the myelin hairs from the thighs is higher than that from other sites.
