基于属性为区间数的高校党支部考核评价研究

Research on the Assessment and Evaluation of Party Branch in Colleges and Universities Based on Attribute as Interval Number

加强高校党的基层组织建设,创新体制机制,建立健全高校基层党组织建设考核评价体系,是新形势下加强和改进基层党组织建设的一项重要工作。由于客观事物的复杂性和不确定性,针对属性为区间值以及权重未知的基层党组织考核评价体系,提出一种利用区间数信息熵的TOPSIS方法。最后通过算例分析说明了该方法的有效性。

It is an important task to strengthen and improve the construction of grassroots party organizations under the new situation to strengthen the construction of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities,innovate systems and mechanisms,and establish and improve the assessment and evaluation system for grassroots party organization construction in colleges and universities.Aiming at the complexity and uncertainty of objective things,and aiming at the assessment and evaluation system of grassroots party organizations whose attributes are interval values and whose weights are unknown,a TOPSIS method using interval number information entropy is proposed.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is illustrated by an example analysis.
