浅析醒脑开窍针刺法治疗缺血性脑卒中肢体功能障碍针刺时机研究的思路构建与方案设计

An analysis of the idea construction and protocol design of acupuncture timing study for the treatment of limb dysfunction in cerebral infarction using Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture

针刺时机研究不仅可以协助找寻疾病的最佳针刺治疗时机,同时可以最大化针刺的治疗效果,提高患者的康复几率。时机研究中混杂因素众多,而针刺作为一种复杂的个体化干预措施,进一步加大了研究的难度。该文通过分析总结"醒脑开窍针刺法治疗缺血性脑卒中肢体功能障碍针刺时机研究"的方案设计要点,从暴露分组、研究人群、纳排标准、结局指标、Logistic多因素回归分析、配对设计、偏倚控制等方面对针刺时机研究方案的设计和实施进行论述,以期为后续此类研究提供更加新颖开阔的研究思路。

The researches of acupuncture timing can help to find the best timing for acupuncture treatment,and maximize the therapeutic effect of acupuncture thus improving the recovery rate of patients.There are many confounding factors in timing researches,and acupuncture being a complex individual intervention further deepens the difficulty.This paper summarized the key points of the protocol design of"Acupuncture timing study on Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of limb dysfunction in cerebral infarction",and discussed the design and implementation of the protocol in terms of the exposure group,study population,inclusion criteria,outcome indicators,Logistic multifactorial regression analysis,pairwise design,and bias control,with a view to providing a more novel and broader research idea for the follow-up study.
