IL-10-1082基因多态性与阿尔茨海默病患病风险的关联研究

Association study of IL-10-1082 gene polymorphism with Alzheimer’s disease risk

目的探究白细胞介素-10(IL-10)-1082基因多态性与阿尔茨海默病(AD)发病之间的关系。方法选取86例AD患者(AD组)和92名健康对照(对照组)作为研究对象,检测两组IL-10-1082基因位点多态性,比较两组基因型和等位基因分布情况,分析IL-10-1082基因多态性与AD发病的关联。结果AD组高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、吸烟、饮酒、心肌梗死的发生率均高于对照组(P<0.01),而BMI、社会参与度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。在IL-10-1082多态性方面,AD组AG基因型频率高于对照组(P<0.05),联合基因型(AG+AA)频率亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。AG、AG+AA基因型是AD发生的危险因素(P<0.01)。结论IL-10-1082G/A基因多态性是AD发生的独立危险因素,可作为一种遗传标记,以识别发生AD风险增加的个体。

Objective To explore the association between interleukin-10(IL-10)-1082 gene polymorphism and the occurrence of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods A total of 86 AD patients(AD group)and 92 healthy controls(control group)were selected and their IL-10-1082 gene polymorphisms were examined.To compare the distributions of genotypes and alleles between two groups,and to analyze the relationship between IL-10-1082 gene polymorphism and the onset of AD.Results In AD group,the incidence rates of hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,smoking,drinking,and myocardial infarction were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01),while BMI and social participation were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Regarding IL-10-1082 gene polymorphism,the frequencies of AG and AG+AA were significantly higher in AD group compared with those in control group(P<0.05).AG and AG+AA genotypes were identified as risk factors for the onset of AD(P<0.01).Conclusion IL-10-1082G/A gene polymorphism is an independent risk factor for the development of AD and can be regarded as a genetic marker for identifying individuals at an increased risk of developing AD.
