摘要
根据相关理论建立了电解磷化的控制模型,结合生产实际推导出单丝单控模式下火线生产时电解磷化工艺条件(电流)的通用计算公式,并进行了验证。
A model for controlling the electrolytic phosphating process was established based on related theories.A general empirical formula for calculating the process condition i.e.electrical current for electrolytic phosphating during steel wire manufacturing with an independent power supply for single wire was derived and verified according to the actual production.
