摘要
以二乙烯三胺(DETA)为氨基改性剂对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行处理,以硫酸和硝酸对碳纳米管(CNT)进行酸化,两者混合并以苯胺为单体,采用原位聚合法制备了氨基改性石墨烯/酸化碳纳米管/聚苯胺复合材料(DGO/ACNT/PANI),通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征了它的形貌。再以水性环氧树脂乳液(EP)为成膜树脂,在Q235钢表面制备了DGO/ACNT/PANI/EP复合涂层。采用四探针仪测量了涂层的电阻率,通过极化曲线测试和盐雾试验考察了涂层的防腐蚀性能,并对涂层的力学性能进行了评价。结果表明,相比于采用未改性GO或CNT制备的复合涂层,DGO/ACNT/PANI/EP复合涂层很好地兼顾了导电、防腐和力学性能,其体积电阻率为0.36Ω·m,附着力0级、铅笔硬度2H、柔韧性5 mm,耐盐雾腐蚀性能优异。
A diethylenetriamine-modified graphene oxide/acidized carbon nanotube/polyaniline(DGO/ACNT/PANI)composite was prepared by in-situ polymerization with aniline as monomer and the mixture of DGO and ACNT.Its morphology was then characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).A composite coating was prepared with waterborne epoxy emulsion(EP)as binder and the DGO/ACNT/PANI composite as filler on the surface of Q235 steel.The electrical resistivity of the composite coating was tested by four probe apparatus.The corrosion resistance of the composite coating was studied by potentiodynamic polarization curve measurement and neutral salt spray test,and its mechanical properties were tested.The results showed that the DGO/ACNT/PANI/EP composite coating demonstrated better conductivity,anticorrosion,and mechanical properties as compared with the composite coatings prepared with unmodified GO and unacidized CNT.The DGO/ACNT/PANI/EP composite coating had a volume resistivity 0.36Ω·m,0-grade adhesion,pencil hardness 2H,flexibility 5 mm,and excellent resistance to salt spray corrosion.
