基于爬锥系统的装配式托架在桥梁现浇段施工中的应用

摘要 大跨径连续刚构桥边跨现浇段及合龙段施工中,通常采用的落地式支架或托架施工工艺存在较大的安全和质量风险,且工期较难控制,特别是采用预埋锚筋的方式设置托架时,由于高空作业多,更容易出现安全问题。文章论述的应用方法是用爬锥替代传统的预埋锚筋,用装配式托架代替传统的高空焊接杆件,通过在过渡墩墩身(盖梁)上设置爬锥系统,形成快速装拆的装配式托架结构。该结构受力明确、安拆方便、安全可靠,有效解决了传统技术存在的问题,具有一定的应用推广价值。 When the cast-in-place side span and closure section of traditional long-span continuous rigid frame bridge are constructed with conventional ground supports or brackets,there are often greater safety and quality risks,and the construction period is difficult to control.Especially when the traditional embedded anchor bars are used to erect the brackets,the safety risk is likely higher because of more operations being done at heights.The technology introduced in this paper is using the climbing cone system instead of the traditional embedded anchor bars and using prefabricated brackets instead of the traditional welded members at high level,thus forming a rapidly assembled and disassembled prefabricated bracket structure by using a climbing cone system on the transition piers(cover beams).This technology has clear structural stress and is easy in installation and disassembly while being safe and reliable,effectively solving the problems existing in the traditional construction technology and worth promoting.
