摘要
锡灰是镀锡板表面的一种固有缺陷,是锡的氧化产物。奶粉罐用镀锡板要求锡灰达到1级水平。为此,针对450 m/min以上高速镀锡机组的工艺特点,研究了基板表面、活套辊材质和表面、镀前脱脂、镀后漂洗及膜层物质对锡灰形成的影响,提出了控制镀锡板锡灰的相关措施。
Tin smudge(the oxidation products of tin)is an inherent defect appearing on the surface of tinplate.The manufacturing of milk powder cans requires that the tin smudge of tinplate is not high than grade one.As for the technological characteristics of high-speed tin plating unit with a running rate higher than 450 m/min,the effects of several factors i.e.surface parameters of steel sheet,material and surface parameters of looper roll,degreasing prior to plating,rinsing after plating,and film structure on the formation of tin smudge were studied.Corresponding measures to reduce tin smudge on tinplate surface were given.
