吹砂在飞机零部件的修理中有广泛应用,会对零件的尺寸公差和表面粗糙度产生影响,吹砂效果也直接影响着后续表面处理工艺。针对飞机零部件修理“小批量、多品种”的特点,选取了不同材质的飞机零部件进行试验研究,为类似领域的吹砂处理提供参考。

Sandblasting is widely used in the repair of aircraft parts.Sandblasting not only affects the dimensional tolerance and surface roughness of the parts,but also directly influences the subsequent surface treatment process.As for the characteristics of“small batch and multiple variety”in repair of aircraft parts,the sandblasting experiments of some aircraft parts made of different materials were conducted,providing a reference for sandblasting operation in similar applications.
