摘要
针对深沟球轴承接触疲劳寿命计算繁琐的问题,用轴承寿命公式求得深沟球轴承接触疲劳寿命,在考虑轴承载荷性质、可靠性、温度、润滑条件和清洁情况等因素的基础上,求得准确的轴承修订额定寿命。利用MATLAB的GUI模块开发深沟球轴承修正额定寿命计算系统,设计轴承寿命计算界面,只需输入所需参数,即可精确求得轴承接触疲劳寿命和修订接触疲劳寿命,减少计算时间。
In order to simplify the complicated calculation of the contact fatigue life of the deep groove ball bearing,this paper calculates the contact fatigue life of the deep groove ball bearing by using the bearing life formula,and obtains the accurate adjusted rated life of the bearing while considering the load property,reliability,temperature,lubrication and cleaning conditions of the bearing.MATLAB and GUI modules are applied to develop the calculation system of adjusted rated life of the deep groove roll bearing,and the bearing life calculation interface is designed to accurately calculate the contact fatigue life and adjusted contact fatigue life of the bearing by simply input the required parameters,so as to reduce the calculation time.
