大型扇形块空间坡口高效加工

摘要 针对大型扇形块空间坡口加工困难的问题,通过分析,摒弃原有上胎加工方法,制定扇形块平放装夹加工新工艺。由于锥顶盖扇形块为空间复杂形面结构,平放后坡口剖切面角度由剖切平面的18°角、锥顶盖的锥顶角、工件平放后的旋转角复合而成,通过构建空间几何模型及理论计算,模拟机床装夹方案,建立扇形板模型复核验证工艺方案,完成扇形块的坡口加工。 In view of the difficulty of grooving at spatial position of the large segment,this paper carries out the analysis and decides to abandon the original mould assisted grooving method and develops a new process by clamping the segment while putting it in flat position.The segment at conical top cover is with complex spatial structure,with the grooving angle at flat position composed of the 18°angle of the grooving surface,top angle of the conical top cover and the rotation angle of the segment at flat position.The machine clamping method is simulated by establishing spatial model and by applying theoretical calculation,and the composite verification method of the segment is proposed to complete segment grooving.
