摘要
根据JJF 1059.1-2012和YB/T 169-2014,使用LEICA DMi8金相显微镜及其金相图像分析软件测量70钢盘条索氏体含量,对测量过程中出现的不确定度来源进行分析评定,然后根据不确定度传播规律对索氏体含量测量结果的不确定度进行评定,最终给出扩展不确定度。
This paper measures the sorbite content of 70 steel wire rod by using the LEICA DMi8 metallographic microscope and its metallographic image analysis software according to the requirements of JJF 1059.1-2012 and YB/T 169-2014,analyzes and evaluates the sources of uncertainty appeared during measurement,and assesses the uncertainty of the sorbite content measurement results according to the propagation law and finally obtains the extended uncertainty.
